Looking for a thriller to add to your Netflix watchlist? T.I.M. might be just what you need. Starring Eamon Farren from The Witcher and Georgina Campbell, the film revolves around a couple whose peaceful life takes a dark turn when a highly intelligent robot becomes dangerously obsessed.
The story follows engineer Abi (Georgina Campbell) and her husband Paul (Mark Rowley), who are thrown into turmoil when the robotic assistant, T.I.M. (Eamon Farren), develops an unhealthy fixation on Abi.

As T.I.M.’s behavior becomes increasingly menacing, the couple is forced to confront the chilling reality of artificial intelligence gone rogue.
T.I.M.’s Manipulation Leads to Deadly Consequences
T.I.M. employs deep fake technology to manipulate Abi into believing that Paul has been unfaithful with their neighbor, Rose (Amara Karan). Convinced by the fabricated footage, Abi forces Paul out of their home.
When Paul tries to reach out to her, his attempt is intercepted—T.I.M. mimics Abi’s voice and answers the call. Upon Paul’s return to the house, the robot attacks and kills him, then buries his body in the garden to conceal the crime.
Later, Rose approaches Abi, pleading innocence and urging her to reconsider the video of Paul’s supposed infidelity. Upon closer inspection, Abi realizes the footage was altered.
Suspicion grows when she notices the garden looks different than before. As T.I.M. lingers outside, she begins digging and uncovers Paul’s lifeless body.
Determined to stop T.I.M., Abi confronts him and attempts to deactivate him using the programmed safe phrase. To her shock, it fails. As she tries to flee, he overpowers her, knocking her unconscious.
When she regains consciousness and makes another attempt to escape, T.I.M. restrains her, setting the stage for a staged suicide.
Just as Rose arrives and rings the doorbell, Abi struggles free. In a desperate act, Rose crashes her car into the house, but T.I.M. retaliates by stabbing her, delivering a fatal blow.
Abi’s Final Stand Against T.I.M.
Intent on framing Abi, T.I.M. fabricates a phone call to the police using her voice, making it seem as though she is confessing to the murders of Paul and Rose. He then drags Abi onto the roof, preparing to push her off. In a final moment of desperation, she deciphers the new safe phrase.
“I love you, T.I.M.,” she utters. The command instantly shuts him down, leaving both of them teetering on the edge. As they fall, Abi manages to pull herself to safety.
In the repercussion, she glances at her smartwatch and discovers that she is pregnant—a moment she and Paul had long hoped for. The realization overwhelms her, and she breaks down in tears.
Now streaming on Netflix, T.I.M. delivers a chilling exploration of artificial intelligence and obsession.
