The girls make it to the garage to start another car. While Parker retrieves gasoline, Benji’s mother, severely wounded, attacks her. In the ensuing struggle, gasoline spills, and Miri sets the mother ablaze.
Engulfed in flames, the mother collapses in the road. As the fire consumes her, police finally arrive, and the girls emerge from their nightmare, walking into safety.
